Common use

Tritace is an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor, its active substance ramipril is transformed in the liver to its active metabolite ramiprilat. Tritace is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension), congestive heart failure, to prevent stroke, myocardial infarction, and to improve survival after a heart attack,. Precautions

Contraindications

Missed dose

Take the dose you forgot as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose just skip the next dose and return to your regular schedule.

Overdose

Symptoms of overdose are: feeling extremely dizzy or light-headed, or fainting. If you suppose that you took too much of this medication contact your doctor as you may need immediate medical help.
